Clark Snavely has appeared as soloist with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, Madison Symphony Orchestra, Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra, and Festival City Symphony. He has made solo orchestral appearances in an array of venues including the Royal Concertgebouw, Queen Elizabeth Hall, and Parkzaal Musis Sacrum. Recently, he had the honor of playing for an estimated audience of twenty thousand at the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra’s 40th anniversary Concerts on the Square celebration.

As part of the Pelios string quartet Clark won Second Prize in the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition, the Gold Medal and Haydn Prize at the Saint Paul String Quartet Competition, and took second place in the A.N. and Pearl G. Barnett Chamber Music Competition.

Clark is a Merit Scholar Fellow at the Music Institute of Chicago’s Academy, a training center for advanced pre-college students, where he studies with Almita Vamos and Davis King.
